Bieber was a heartthrob in the teen years as well as a pop singer with more than 25 million followers. A lot of people took to Twitter to check out the image of the girl whom Bieber was awestruck by. Madison quickly became famous. Justin met Madison after she gained a large following on social networks. Justin signed her up to a recording contract with Island Records, the label which is where Justin is also signing. Scooter Braun who is Justin's manager currently oversees the career of this singer.
